Hey, I’m Charlotte & you’re warmly welcome, I’m so glad you’re here…

For years, I lived with a quiet conflict inside me.

On the outside, I looked happy, I was adventurous, optimistic, always saying yes to life.
But inside, I carried shame, comparison and a deep belief that something about me was wrong.

No matter how much I laughed or achieved, I couldn’t make peace with my body.
I kept waiting for the day I’d finally feel enough — once I lost the weight, once I looked different, once I was “ready.”

But the truth is, I wasn’t waiting for my body to change.
I was waiting to feel safe being me.

For so long, I tried to fix what I thought was broken, through control, discipline and self-criticism. But it only pulled me further away from myself.
Every time I pushed harder, I abandoned myself a wee bit more.

And the cost was high.
My relationships suffered because deep down, I didn’t believe I was good enough to be fully loved.
My business, too, I kept myself small and hidden, afraid to be truly seen.
And my health suffered most of all.

Somewhere along the line, I decided everyone else deserved care that I didn’t give to myself. I poured my love outward, but never inward. I stopped prioritising my own body, my own needs, my own well-being.

Over time, I built layers of protection around myself, walls I didn’t even realise I was building and I drifted further and further away from me.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to improve myself and started remembering who I was underneath the shame.
When I began working from identity, everything shifted.

I started seeing myself differently.
Showing up differently.
Choosing differently.

I stopped waiting to feel worthy, I decided I was.
I stopped trying to earn my place, I claimed it and kept it.
I stopped abandoning myself, I built self-trust and a body that felt like a safe place to be.

I stopped all the doing and fixing from that place of shame and started to build a relationship based on love instead of fear.

And it started with a decision. To come back home to me.

That decision changed everything.

That’s why I created The Coming Home Method™ — to help women do the same.
